Shipping Info

Domestic Shipping Policy

Domestic orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. All US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-7 business days for products to arrive depending on the destination.

UPS Ground- Please see below for delivery time on UPS Ground.















UPS Overnight - UPS Overnight, UPS Overnight Saturday delivery, and 2nd Day Air Saturday delivery is available if you wish to use this shipping option, please call us and we will let you know if this option is available.

USPS - United States Postal Service will be used for all orders shipping to APO, FPO, PO Box, Hawaii, and Alaska addresses only. APO and FPO postage stated at checkout may defer from actual shipping cost.

Oversize Charge - An additional $10.00 will be added to your order when shipped due to oversize classification with shipping companies. Cost applies to 1-12 lanterns and cannot be waived with Free Shipping.

**Once your order has been shipped, no modification to the order is allowed. This includes coupons, shipping options and or adding to the same order.

International Shipping

All Pricing are in USD currency. International orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days. International shipping times range from 7-10 business days. (Please allow extra time for foreign delivery due to customs and other factors.) Place an order for the products you want over our secure server. Shipping charges to these countries will automatically be calculated in your order.

**Any unclaimed or unauthorized refusals of International packages are subject to all return postage amount and a 20% restock fee.

** eParasols.com has the right to select the best shipping carrier based on your personal delivery requirements (need-by date, value, best overall option, etc).

Canada

Canada orders will ship via UPS Standard, please select "International Shipping". International shipping charges are often significantly more expensive than domestic charges. Duties (GST and PST) are the responsibility of the customer. Duties are NOT included in shipping charges at check out. Duties for Canada orders are usually 25%-30% of actual order amount.

All other Countries excluding Canada

All Int’l shipping will go by United States Postal Service Air Mail. International shipping charges are often significantly more expensive than domestic charges. Duty charges will vary depending on country, please check with your local customs department.

Note: actual shipping charges will be charged to the order, sometimes orders to specific countries must be shipped in separate boxes due to size limitations. The actual shipping charge will be reflected on your final invoice included in the box.

Expedite Shipping is available via UPS or Fedex, if you wish to use this shipping option, please call us and we will let you know if this option is available on the items you are interested in ordering.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish for an exchange, simply return the item(s) in its original condition (including all original packaging) within 18 days of receipt.

If the package is returned 18-31 days later, and/or if the package has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All returns are carefully inspected; any damaged or used items cannot be refunded or exchanged. No returns after 31 days of receipt.

Returning orders with Free Shipping: If your final purchase, after all returned items are credited, is less than $100, actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

**Note: All unclaimed or refused packages by customers will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Only authorized refusals of packages will not be subject to these charges.

**If there are any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your order. Delay of notifying us within the 7 business days, will result in non returnable orders.

A refund will be issued, excluding actual shipping and handling fees, within 7 business days of receiving your returned order. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order. If the order was paid by check, a refund check will be issued and mailed out to your address within 7 business days.

Fradulent Orders

All Fradulent and Suspicious Orders will be reported to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) and proper government agencies. The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C).
